The Capstone Process We will be on time for your appointment. Our technicians will be neat, clean, courteous, uniformed and professional by any measure.  We will use heavy duty, clean tarps to protect your floors and furniture.  We will be conscious of any breakables and will ask for your help to remove or make safe.  We will remove, clean and sanitize all register covers. We will video inspect the system.  We will deap clean the source of the air supply including the blower, squirrel cage, coils, condensation pan and return air supply (where applicable). We will power brush vacuum the air ducts and returns with our patented Rotobrush aiR+® system, removing contaminates that circulated through your vents. We will spray your air ducts and vents with an environmentally safe antimicrobial commonly used in hospitals and nursing homes, leaving behind a fresh scent. We will replace all registers and vent covering and perform a post-cleaning video inspection, if necessary.
